All data entered into the system, including member details, contribution records, and collection information, remains the property of the account that created it. ContributionRecording.com does not claim ownership of this data and does not access, use, or disclose it except as necessary to provide the functionality of the service.
2. No Data Sharing or Selling
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer user or member data to third parties. Data entered into the system remains isolated within each account and is not used for advertising, marketing, or analytics profiling purposes.
3. Data Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information they enter into the system, including ensuring that personal data is collected and stored in accordance with applicable consent and privacy obligations. ContributionRecording.com provides the tools to manage this data securely but does not determine how organizations collect it.
4. Cookies and Analytics
ContributionRecording.com uses essential session cookies required for authentication and core site functionality. These cookies are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We also use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymous information about website usage to help improve performance and usability. Analytics data is limited to non-authenticated areas of the site and does not include contribution data, member records, or account-specific content. Where supported, IP addresses are anonymized.

5. Security
ContributionRecording.com applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to accounts is restricted by authentication controls, and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
6. Third-Party Payment Processing
Subscription billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. When managing billing information or subscriptions, users may be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe securely processes payment information, including credit card data.
