01:34: There are three mandatory Fields, you must map, remember, ID a

01:42: for each donor. So the system can report their donations correctly.

01:47: For our amount one and amount two each represents donations for a

01:51: specific year. Since the column names in your file, for those years may vary,

01:55: you need to select the year that corresponds to each amount.

01:58: For example, if you file has totals for 2021

02:02: and 2022 amount, one might be 2021

02:06: and amount. Two might be two dozen 2022, the system will then correctly.

02:10: Associate the donation totals with the right year.

02:58: Next, we'll map amount 2 just like before, select

03:02: the column in your data file, that contains the donation totals for this second year.

03:06: Make sure you know which year this column represents.

03:09: You can reference the first few rows of your file below to help confirm your

03:17: When selecting a year for our amount 2, choose the year that corresponds

03:21: to the totals in that column. So each donation is correctly associated with

03:25: its year.

03:28: Finally, click confirm and import to finalize your mapping

03:32: and start importing the donor history data.

03:35: Depending on the size of the file. This may take anywhere from a few seconds to about

03:39: a minute. A progress bar will appear to let you know.

03:42: The system is processing your data.

03:46: Once you did, it has been imported, the system will automatically take you to the cohort and retention

03:51: analysis page, you can start exploring the data right away.

03:57: There are many reports available to view.

03:59: To access the year over year Trends report click on contribution, report
